Dave Hamlet

Dave, the visionary founder of D&G Consultants, embarked on a remarkable journey, starting his career in the military at 16 and dedicating seven years to serving his country. At 25, he transitioned into the fast-paced world of FMCG, where he achieved a decade of triumphs contributing to the success of iconic brands such as Gatorade, Britvic, Monster Energy and Relentless Energy, ultimately becoming the Commercial Director for GB & Ireland at Monster Energy leading on performance energy with Reign total body fuel and Monster Hydro Sport. Dave's entrepreneurial spirit is undeniable, as demonstrated by co-founding Zoom1hr, which achieved a staggering pre-investment valuation of £10 million in just three years, expanding from a humble £15k loan and a team of two to 336 under his leadership. Beyond Zoom1hr, Dave founded Lyfelinez, Tanki, Mother Nature and more recently D&G Consultants , offering expertise in business consultancy and e-commerce. His hard work and innovative spirit were recognized when he was awarded Entrepreneur of the Year in 2021. An inspirational journey from soldier to business maverick, rewriting the rules of entrepreneurship.

Gaz Hitchin

Gaz's professional journey began in the military, dedicating 10 years as an explosive search dog handler. After this chapter, he delved into intelligence roles within the security sector for 5 years, sharpening his analytical and strategic skills. Gaz's passion for IT soon steered him towards e-commerce, and he founded an Amazon business, generating 250k in its first year with a single product. This venture not only solidified Gaz's footing in e-commerce but also deepened his expertise in Amazon's intricate advertising ecosystem. Today, as the Coordinator of Rank Rocket, the Amazon Management arm of D&G Consultants, he ensures brands not only establish a presence but truly thrive on the world's premier online marketplace.
